Join us June 27-July 1, 2022 for an exciting week of outdoor VBS where we will explore the Great Outdoors and learn about God’s love! Your child will experience Bible stories about God’s amazing world and discover ways God cares for every part of creation. Children will sing fun songs, play exciting games, participate in nature explorations, and dig into the Bible.
VBS will take place outdoors this summer, giving us the ability to gather in a safe and fun way. Each day, children will be divided into small groups and will rotate through the different activities. Activities will include craft and gardening projects, hiking and exploring in the woods behind the church and Hort Park, singing and dancing to fun Bible songs, and learning about the Bible through creative story-telling and activities. Friday, July 1, will be a celebration day and families are invited to a picnic meal outside First United Methodist Church. Details about this gathering will be included with your registration packet.
