Covid-19 stimulus checks stimulate an abundant response

First UMC members converted Covid-19 relief stimulus checks into a hunger response for families struggling with food insecurity during the pandemic. Church members came together to use portions of their relief funds to pay for a Food Finders Food Truck to provide food staples to West Lafayette Families. On February 27 we distributed this bounty in the Klondike Elementary School parking lot. We served over 100 families in our community with the Food Finders Food Truck! Thank you to all those who supported this important mission with their prayers, finances and time. Keep your eye out for more opportunities like this in the future.
