Jar Craft Nights: Beauty from Creation
Jar Craft Nights: Beauty from Creation – August 28 & September 4
As part of our late August-September worship theme and study of The Serviceberry: Abundance and Reciprocity in the Natural World, we invite you to join Hollie Myers for two evenings of creative crafting at First Church on Thursday, August 28, and Thursday, September 4, at 6:00 PM.
We’ll transform simple glass jars into nature-inspired tea light holders, celebrating the beauty of vines, flowers, and textures from the earth. This hands-on project reminds us of the abundance of creation and how we can shape everyday items into something that reflects God’s light in the world.
All materials will be provided—just bring a small jar (jelly jar, pickle jar, etc.) to repurpose.
Please RSVP to the church office at 765-743-1285 or email rkroeschen@fumcwl.org so we can prepare enough materials.
Come, create, and reflect on the gifts of the natural world with us!
