The FUMCWL Education team has chosen Creed: What Christians Believe and Why by Adam Hamilton for our Lenten Church Study. The study explores deep questions of the faith through the words of the ancient Apostles Creed. It will examine the significance of the truths that give meaning to life. The study will use a video presentation and then offer questions for engagement. Pastor Duane will moderate the conversation portion of the study time.
The weekly topics include God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, Communion of Saints, Forgiveness, and Resurrection. Study books are available, but not required. They can be purchased at all major booksellers including Cokesbury and Amazon. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
